ONE OK ROCK

ONE OK ROCK  was formed in 2005. They are a Japanese rock band and are signed to A-Sketch, but managed by AMUSE.

Line-up:

Vocal: Taka

Guitar: Toru

Bass: Ryota

Drums: Tomoya

Former members:

Guitar: Alex

Drums: Tomo

ONE OK ROCK started its activities without Taka, who joined the band a little bit later. In the beginning they focused on lives in Tokyo. Already in 2006, Tomo left the band, but they released two mini-albums without a label. Due to the good sales of their mini-albums, ONE OK ROCK could perform at summer festivals and outside Tokyo. This is also the reason, why they are signed to A-Sketch. In March 2006 Tomoya completed the band again and they made their major debut with the single 「Naihi Shinsho」 in April.

In 2009 guitarist Alex was arrested and due to this problem the band had to cancel the single 「Around the world Shounen」, the collaboration with GODHAND TERU and the tour in 2009. It was decided, that Alex had to leave the band and ONE OK ROCK continued without him. In September 2009 they had their comeback with a concert tour and released a single and the next year an album.

ONE OK ROCK are very successful, not only in Japan, but also in Asia, Europe and the United States. In 2013 they had an European and Asian tour, lasting from October until December. They also visited the United States in February 2014 and have another tour from October until December 2014, but this time in South America and Europe.

So far ONE OK ROCK have released 6 albums, 2 mini-albums, 9 singles, 2 digital singles, 4 DVDs and one demo.
